From our cost-effective ResinBac to multi-layered NexBac system developed for commercial tufted carpet tile installations and our moisture impervious anti-microbial MediBac, our advanced backing systems have been developed to enhance the performance and durability of Belgotex floorcoverings carpets in any environment.

	A resin secondary backing for Nexus needlepunch broadloom and tiled products.			Woven polypropylene backing system for tufted carpets allows easy fitment, high tufted adhesion and uniform appearance. Non-allergenic, odour free, rot and moisture resistant.

	A multi-layered, modified, bitumen-based system that combines superb dimensional stability with superior lay-flat characteristics, eliminating fraying, buckling and bending in tile installations			Forms an impervious moisture barrier that prohibits the penetration of liquid to sub-floor level. This improves cleaning efficiency and helps eliminate unhygienic and odour-causing bacterial growth.

	Belgotex Flooringcoverings recommends the fitting of Orange undercushion to enhance the appearance and extend the life of your carpet. Developed specifically for residential use, the undercushion provides extra comfort underfoot, excellent acoustic benefits and improves indoor air quality wherever it is installed. Orange undercushion is sold separately.			Featuring air encapsulated latex foam and 100% PP scrim, Blue undercushion combines an advanced anti-fatigue construction with superior comfort, heat insulation and anti-allergy properties – making it the perfect foundation for your next project. Nexus recommends the fitting of Blue undercushion in all commercial installations to extend carpet life.

	This iconic proprietary polypropylene fibre has become the standard against which fibre performance in the residential and commercial markets is measured. Used in needlepunch and tufted ranges, its superior filament construction and saturated colour technology ensures long-term appearance retention and convenient, simple maintenance - most stains can be removed with an equal mix of clear household bleach and water.			Our proprietary Solution Dyed Nylon, developed for Xtreme conditions, has been proven superior to conventional SDN products for over 10 years. With advanced trilobal filament construction, a unique Colourlock blend of UV and heat stabilisers and innovative Hard Twist technology, our SDX ranges are ideal for high traffic, high maintenance environments and are proven to last 10 years without any colour or fibre degradation.
